Day 43: Happy or Sad, its Our Choice

 

There are as many nights as days, and the one is just as long as the other in the year's course. Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word 'happy' would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness.   ~Carl Jung

 

I am trying to remember these words as we head into progressively cooler weather, and fast approaching colorless and dreary winter. If anyone out there has a beach house somewhere toasty, sunny and tropical-ish that needs house sitting, I am available!!!!!
