I don't know about everywhere else as the fall season approaches, but, in my corner of South West Virginia, the sky is either blindingly vivid and beautiful blue or obscured by heavy, leaden gray clouds. Each day the sun marches across the sky, diminishing intensely. The winds blow through our hills and trees causing the leaves to spiral and dance like whirligigs. Quickly, before I have time to catch my breath, vibrant reds, oranges, yellows, ochres are all gone. In their place lay decaying, dry, colorless leaves and twigs. I struggle to not get sad about the upcoming fall and winter. So, I am going to lecture myself and anyone else in the next paragraph.
Day 15......Fall Perspective
